General terms and conditions (GTC) and cancellation conditions
For bookings we request a deposit per apartment / chalet of 30% of the amount due to be paid to our bank account or disclosure of the credit card number. The amount is to be paid to our account within 12 days, or we will charge your credit card.
Cancellations which occur up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations which occur late as well as no-show or early departure will be charged with the full price. In addition, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Check-in is daily from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
If you would like to arrive outside these times, we request that you inform us. If we are not informed in due time by telephone about the delayed arrival after 8 p.m., the hotel can cancel the booking and the entire amount will be charged.
If more individuals or children than booked arrive, extra charges will be incurred. But the hotel can also cancel the booking and collect the entire amount if additional beds in the room or apartment are no longer possible.
Our reception desk is staffed during the day until 6 p.m. But we can be reached by telephone.
Check-out: until 10 a.m.
You can gladly leave your luggage with us at the reception desk if you would like to depart later.
Payment is made directly in the hotel on departure, in cash or with EC Card (Eurocheque Card). We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

The breakfast basket can be reordered daily.
Only guests who have booked with us have access to the apartments / chalets. You can gladly meet your friends in our restaurant during the opening hours.
