General terms and conditions and cancellation policy

Deposit

For bookings we ask for a deposit per apartment / chalet of 30% of the amount due to our bank account or to give us your credit card number. The amount is to be paid within 12 days to our bank account or we will charge your credit card.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made late, no-shows or early departures will be charged the full price. In addition, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

 

Arrival

Check-in daily from 15.00

If more people or children arrive than booked, extra charges will apply. However, the hotel can cancel the booking and collect the full amount if no extra beds are available in the room or apartment.

Our reception is staffed during the day until 08.00-12.00. However, we can be reached by telephone.

 

Departure

Check out: until 10.00 o’clock.
If you want to leave later, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

 

Payment

Payment is made directly at the hotel on departure in cash or with EC (Eurocheque card), we also accept Visa and Mastercard.

 

Additional costs

Dog: € 15,- per day without food
Final cleaning according to price list
In case of extreme dirt or damage or smoking in the chalet / apartment additional costs for cleaning can be charged
Consumption catering, dinner only on order
Electric car charging with normal current

 

Breakfast basket

We will serve you a breakfast basket with selected products directly to the apartment/chalet on the first morning. Each subsequent morning you can reorder as needed. Your order will be delivered to you every morning. Our breakfast basket contains various homemade and regional delicacies such as fresh pastries, butter, milk, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, homemade jam, liver spread, yogurt, orange juice, cereals, coffee and tea. The breakfast basket is included in the price. You are welcome to order other products such as Nutella or gluten-free bread for an extra charge.

 

House guidelines

Access to the apartments / chalets are only guests who have booked with us.
