Our owl’s nest with fabulous view of Hochkönig

Here you enjoy absolute living comfort, with approx. 90 m² of floor space and 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. Here each guest has the possibility to retreat into their own, very private realm. Through a large sliding door you reach the sun terrace with the wonderful panoramic view of Hochkönig.

All chalets are completely fenced

Room layout

Cozy, open-plan living area with kitchen, living room and large terrace! On the upper floor you’ll find the sauna, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Toilet is separate. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor.

Furnishings

Parquet flooring with underfloor heating, pellet stove with viewing window, TV with radio, absolute fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove with extractor fan, microwave, Cremesso capsule machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as refrigerator with freezer compartment.

A free parking space is available at the main building.

Good to know

From May 1st, 2025, an additional Mobility Fee of € 0.50 per person/night (from age 15) will be charged on top of the local tax. In return, you get the Guest Mobility Ticket for free unlimited use of all public transport in the Salzburg region – even valid for your arrival journey! Children under 15 travel for free.
