Bischlingalm

The tour to the Bischlingalm always starts with a breathtaking panorama, regardless of whether you go up with the mountain railroad "Ikarus" or choose the ascent via the Scharte. The trail leads through a beautiful shady forest path - very pleasant in summer and beautiful views open up down into the Salzach valley, towards Bischofshofen and St. Johann. Once you have reached the Scharte, you can also enjoy the view of the small village of Werfenweng. The hike to the Bischlingalm takes about 1.5 hours, with the gondola it is of course faster, the descent to the alp takes about 20 minutes.
