Receipe for 10 Kasspressknödel
5 eggs, 500 ml milk, 600 g mountain cheese, 1000 g dumpling bread, 150 g butter, salt, pepper, parsley
Mix dumpling bread, cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley. Then, stir in eggs. Warm milk and butter at the same time and also mix in. Form dumplings and flatten them. Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown. Finally, let them cook for 10 minutes in salted water.
