Cassia dumplings

Another highlight and a typical Austrian dish that is very popular among our guests are the Kaspressknödel. The savory delight of cheese incorporated into the dumpling dough, seasoned with local herbs, as well as the tasty pumpkin seed oil drizzled on top when serving. All of this is incomparable and simply belongs to a vacation in the Alps. Whether in a chalet or an apartment, the team at DasEulersberg will serve you the Kaspressknödel in a hearty, homemade beef broth, with sauerkraut and gravy, or on a crunchy green salad. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your gourmet vacation in Werfenweng.
