Mother's Day

When Anna Marie Jarvis initiated a memorial service for her late mother at her Methodist Lutheran parish on May 12, 1907, she had a clear goal in mind: to honor a lifetime of commitment to social service and peace. She distributed red and white carnations in memory of her mother and her life's work. This custom is still celebrated today - on Mother's Day we celebrate our mothers, present them with flowers and a good meal at the restaurant. This year we are looking forward to welcoming again many mothers with their families at DasEulersberg.
