In the morning you can enjoy our breakfast basket with fresh rolls, homemade jam, orange juice, etc. delivered to your door. In the evening you can choose from our catering menu and indulge yourself with regional dishes. In the preparation of our dishes we pay special attention to the use of high quality, local and fresh products, these you enjoy in your chalet or apartment.

Every morning, a lovingly compiled pleasure basket awaits you with the best regional specialities such as crispy bread rolls, aromatic cheese and juicy cold cuts. Vegetarian guests can look forward to a special selection of homemade jam, yoghurt and fresh fruit. In addition, there is delicious muesli, freshly brewed coffee and fine teas. Our chef Josef prepares delicious cold and warm dishes for you, which you can order in advance until 1 pm. Enjoy tenderly cooked ribs, cheese spaetzle, schnitzel platters, homemade dumplings and snack platters with regional delicacies. For something sweet, we recommend the famous Kaiserschmarren made to a traditional recipe. All dishes are prepared by Josef and his team with love and care to offer you a culinary experience. Regional, seasonal and sustainable – the number of people who are out and about with these words nowadays is remarkable. But yet all too often “fresh” bell peppers end up on the plate in January, an animal is differentiated in premium and inferior portions, and the food producers are usually forgotten. We not only want to offer our guests a culinary experience, but also rather open their eyes with regard to the “what, where and why” of dining. And we are truly convinced that we are right in this context.
