Flambé

Today we take you back to the kitchen of DasEulersberg. Here Joe works and prepares everything to serve our guests delicious menus in the evening. This also includes flambéed dishes. With rum, brandy or kirsch, various fruits are caramelised, desserts, poultry and other meat are flambéed. Basically, all warm dishes and drinks are suitable for flambéing. The alcohol needs a certain temperature to burn well. One of the classic flambéed desserts in the kitchen on DasEulersberg is the homemade Kaiserschmarren. The raisins, wonderfully soaked in rum, unfold their wonderful aroma through flambéing, which makes the Kaiserschmarren tastily sweet.
